2. Our Products
Pentagon Jackets specialises in leather jackets, coats and outerwear.
Many of our products are carefully prepared, finished or produced to order. Because leather is a natural material, minor variations in texture, grain, shade and finish may occur between individual pieces. These natural variations are part of the character of leather and are not necessarily defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, photographs and descriptions accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or display settings.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that item. An order is not confirmed until the checkout process has been completed and we have issued an order confirmation.
If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected for the relevant market.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

7. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
Many Pentagon Jackets products are prepared or finished after an order is placed.
Our usual estimated production and delivery timeframe is approximately:
3–4 weeks from order confirmation
This timeframe allows for preparation, production, finishing, quality inspection, packaging and delivery.
The estimated delivery timeframe is communicated to customers as part of the purchase process.
Occasional delays may occur due to high demand, production requirements, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
8. Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Please review your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be sent once the order has been dispatched.

9. Returns
Pentagon Jackets offers eligible customers a 60-day return period from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returned goods should normally be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition apart from reasonable handling necessary to inspect or try on the product.

Our voluntary returns policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
10. Personalised & Bespoke Products
Certain products may occasionally be manufactured specifically according to a customer's individual measurements, personalisation or bespoke specifications.
Where different cancellation or return conditions legally apply to a genuinely personalised or made-to-specification item, these conditions will be clearly communicated before the customer places the order.
A product is not treated as exempt from normal consumer protections merely because it is handmade or prepared after an order is placed.
