At Pentagon Jackets, many of our pieces are carefully prepared and finished to order. This allows us to maintain consistent quality across every jacket while avoiding unnecessary mass production.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders.

Production & Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 4–5 weeks (approximately 20–25 business days) from the date your order is confirmed.

This estimated timeframe includes order preparation, production, quality inspection, packaging and delivery to your UK shipping address.

While we aim to deliver every order within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur during periods of high demand, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a significant delay affects your order, our team will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Because many of our products are prepared specifically for each order, preparation or production may begin shortly after your purchase is confirmed.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take a short period of time to become active after dispatch.

Delivery

Orders are delivered to the UK shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is accurate and complete.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.
